Orders
Orders may be sent by post, email or telephone. We will try to be prompt with orders, but if there are out of stocks or expected long delays, we will contact you. There may be short delays during school holiday periods, with no orders being processed from Christmas through to the end of January.
Pricing & Payment
Prices quoted on the date of the catalogue or website are correct, but Railcraft reserves the right to adjust prices without notice should the necessity arise. All prices are quoted in $.AUST with GST inclusive. We accept cash, cheque or money order. Items will only be dispatched once cheques have cleared. Money orders and Cheques need to be made out to Railcraft. We have recently signed up with Paypal. Once your order has been placed and we have completed it ready for post, we will send you an email with the Paypal instructions
Loss/ Damage/ Missing Items
Advise within 7 working days of items lost, stolen, damaged or missing in transit, so that the necessary action can be taken. Any damaged items are to be returned.
Postage
Orders will be sent through Australia Post. Postage & Handling for Australia is :
Orders up to $50 will be $8.00. Orders $51 up to $100.00 will be $10.00. Orders over $100 will be $15.00. Unless other arrangements are made these will go through normal post. Parcels can be registered for an additonal fee.
Any overseas orders will be sent Registered Post with Receipted Delivery at the rate charged by Australia Post. All import duties and taxes incurred on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
